The mission of The Sentinel shall be to serve as a campus voice of reason, to enhance the intellectual environment on campus and locally, and to serve as a forum of ideas among those who embrace life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. is a premier organization committed to provide experience to students entering the fields of journalism, politics, and business, by offering opportunities to hone skills in writing, editing, website and newspaper layout, publishing, sales, finance, marketing, and argumentation.
