they are in prison. sex changes don't count in prison. she should've got one before taxpayers had to dish out money for it. maybe i'll go to jail and have anxiety over my breast size so i can get free implants.

As a MtoF TS myself, and a taxpayer who resents the extortion of taxation, I would say let Michelle have it.
I question those very inflated figures though. Horemones are cheap! Pre- Mar In (premarin) is made from the urine of pregant mares. Relatively cheap to produce. Her Electrolisys should have been carried out this way. She could have been used as a "model" for electrolisys students. Much the way Dental students work on live "models". My surgeon quoted me $16K for SRS. The state of mass. was doing their best to spend the taxpayers money and then cry about how they have spend so much money on frivolous inmate requests.
There are thousands of these ticking time bombs out there in society. Many are in the service. You'll know them by their medals! I had a TS friend who was a Tunnel, Rat in Viet Nam. We reach a point where we just don't care anymore. You can't hurt us! I submit it to you that Michelle Kosilek had reached that point when she killed her wife. "You can't do anything for me and don't aggravate me, especialy don't aggravate me!" A TS at this point will not care what happens to her. The only thing that makes life worth living is the hope of SRS.It's sort of a TS's PMS. Hardly what you'd call "Elective Surgery" if you're in Michelle's body.
I am hoping that people who read this will take another view of just what transexualism is and what effects it has on the person affected. Oh and By the way, Jesus did NOT condemn us as commonly believed. In Matt. 19:12, we find Jesus saying "Let those who can recieve it, recieve it". What Jesus was talking about were Eunuchs and castration. Yes folks, Thats what we used to be known as. We still are in India where about a million of us go have the kindest cut of all and take a woman's name a live out their lives as women.
